You retain absolute ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any file, text, image, code, signature, or resume you process or create using ToolsGrid.

ToolsGrid claims zero ownership over your outputs. We do not license, repurpose, train machine learning models on, or resell your content. Because file operations execute locally within your web browser, we do not inspect or retain copies of your documents.

ToolsGrid is freely available for:

• Personal productivity (e.g., cropping profile pictures, signing digital forms, generating secure passwords).
• Academic and educational projects (e.g., student resumes, research document formatting, markdown notes).
• Commercial and freelance business operations (e.g., preparing client PDFs, formatting API payloads, optimizing images for web delivery).

Restrictions: You agree not to abuse the platform by deploying automated scrapers to degrade infrastructure, attempting denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or distributing malicious payloads through the site.

All utilities on ToolsGrid are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we write thorough unit tests and design our utilities against official industry standards (such as standard cryptographic hashing algorithms, valid JSON specifications, ATS-friendly resume formatting, and ISO standard PDF specifications), software bugs or browser quirks can occasionally occur.

We recommend that you review your finalized files before submitting important job applications, legal filings, or production code deployments. ToolsGrid and its maintainer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.

To keep ToolsGrid free for everyone without paywalls, pages display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. These third parties operate independently, and their promotions or links are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We may make minor updates to these terms to account for new utilities, updated browser capabilities, or legal requirements. When updates occur, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. Continued use of ToolsGrid following any update constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
